- Provide a warm and enthusiastic greeting to all guests, anticipating their needs while assisting with check-in and check-out processes, regardless of the time or busyness of the day.
- Create unforgettable experiences through a friendly demeanor that resonates with both guests and team members.
- Take initiative to address guest concerns and foster loyalty by going above and beyond in service delivery. Share your personal insights and knowledge about the hotel's offerings to help guests feel at home.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to relay guest feedback to management, ensuring all needs are met effectively.
- Demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail for accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
