Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at CoStar Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, market insights, and solutions that meet their needs.
  • Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market data to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Travel to meet with clients and prospects, requiring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience in commercial real estate or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer-centric environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships with senior-level clients.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance metrics.
  • Regular access to a reliable vehicle prior to or by start date.
