Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Executive. This individual will work closely with our professional clients and retail customers to provide exceptional service and drive sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury home furnishings and design, as well as a unique stylish personal aesthetic that aligns with our company's culture and brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts to drive sales revenue and growth.
  • Generate sales leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Manage a weekly calendar of meetings with new and active clients to ensure a continuous flow of sales opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the sourcing and purchasing preferences of our clients to provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop an expert level of knowledge of the Coup D'Etat brand, represented lines, and artists to provide informed recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Assist with the maintenance of gallery aesthetics, organization, and company standards to ensure a cohesive and professional environment.
  • Meet individual sales goals and contribute to the company's overall sales plan.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in an industry-related inside/outside sales role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, with proficiency in Netsuite or Salesforce a plus.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, with experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or WordPress a plus.
  • Proven methods of effective follow-up and relationship-building with clients.
  • Highly proficient email correspondence and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and overcome barriers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Passion for interior design, art, decorative arts, and/or architecture.
