Revenue Control Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at LAZ Parking. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and secure working environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and demonstrating a genuine interest in their experiences.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash discrepancies, and balance cash drawers.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the garage, office, and surrounding areas.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers through clear and concise language.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move around the garage and office areas.
