We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Framework Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity department, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining our internal security control frameworks, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and other relevant security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure public sector security control frameworks are included in UKG's control framework
  • Support the design and maintenance of UKG's central security control framework
  • Participate in annual reviews and alignment of UKG controls
  • Review policies and procedure documents to ensure controls are comprehensively covered

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of FedRAMP controls, policies, and procedures, as well as experience with federal security frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, CMMC, and other relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years designing and maintaining internal security control frameworks
  • 3+ years supporting FedRAMP/StateRAMP programs
  • Familiarity with federal security frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, CMMC, and other relevant standards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $126,300 to $180,000
