Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability in our systems' performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor quality activities, establishing rigorous standards to prevent quality issues and ensure that any changes in supply are carefully reviewed and validated.
  • Support high standards in supplier quality and ensure all processes align with company and industry requirements.
  • Monitor manufacturing quality activities, provide regular performance updates through dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Keen attention to detail, particularly in managing and tracking multiple levels of validation for varying supplier materials.
  • Strong understanding of statistical process control and quality metrics, with Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification a plus.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $$83,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
