Receptionist and Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist and Legal Assistant to join our team at Outside Chief Legal LLC. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people, and a strong focus on customer service. You will be responsible for managing phone calls, creating a welcoming environment, and collaborating with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the law firm.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
