Job Overview

Diversified Maintenance-RWS, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team. As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning various areas of our facilities, including floors, restrooms, and windows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and other objects
  • Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas
  • Empty trash cans for proper disposal and use of compactor for certain materials
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment
  • Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extractions and shampooing
  • Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
  • Follow housekeeping schedule
  • Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to successfully pass a drug test in some situations required
  • Some prior cleaning experience is a plus

Work Details:

  • Part-time position
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • $10.50 per hour
