Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Direct the engineering department, mentoring a team of engineers to cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute engineering strategies, goals, and objectives to advance the company's vision.
  • Project Oversight: Guide the design, development, and testing of engineering projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets for engineering projects and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Engineering Manager or an individual seeking the next step in their career.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of deploying standard products to meet specialized applications.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in budgeting and achieving cost objectives.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence (EQ) abilities.
