We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. This role involves providing critical design for manufacture and assembly guidance, defining production methodologies, and offering insights into manufacturability. You will play a vital role in introducing new technologies and processes to maintain our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop production expertise during design and development phases.
2. Provide engineering support to installation or production teams to ensure accurate assembly, testing, and commissioning of designs within project budgets and timelines.
3. Participate in requirements reviews and translate electrical system designs into manufacturable solutions.
4. Manage engineering activities related to the manufacture of electrical systems and equipment.
5. Engage in problem identification and analysis.

8. Contribute to team planning, risk management, product safety, and quality assurance.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in the electrical engineering field.
- Background in production engineering.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes in commercial or defense settings.
- Relevant qualifications in electronic or electrical engineering or technology.
- Eligibility for membership in the Institute of Engineers USA.
- Capability to obtain necessary security clearances.
- Willingness to travel as required.
