Job Summary:

KPM is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Sales Representative to join our team at our Monticello Crossroads property. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the features and benefits of our property, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to prospective residents, current residents, and vendors to increase leasing agreements for the property.
  • Lease Contract Expertise: Understand and explain the TAA Lease Contract to current and future residents.
  • Unit Preparation: Ensure all units are in optimal condition and prepare and coordinate move-in packets and day of move-ins with all future residents.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Create effective and efficient ways to market the property, such as coordinating resident activities.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a positive relationship with all residents and team members.
  • Curb Appeal: Walk the property at least once a day to ensure a strong curb appeal.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: Bilingual required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
  • Time Management: High sense of urgency, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer Service: Must have excellent customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work Environment: Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Physical Demands: Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders.
  • Typing: Must be able to type efficiently.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work indoors/outdoors or in extreme weather conditions and work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule.
