Job Description

Precise Personnel, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for building strong business relationships with internal customers to drive performance improvement and positive change in people management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resource plans, programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide training for employees on company policies and compliance topics, supervisor/manager development, and other subjects as identified.
  • Manage workers comp issues in coordination with the safety team and bring timely resolution to claims.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual - Spanish.
  • Must be willing to commute within Los Angeles area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline; PHR preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of increasing HR generalist responsibility, including handling employee relations, compensation decisions, recruiting, and performance management.
  • Must be willing to walk production floor and engage with employees proactively.
  • 'Systems savvy' - comfortable with use of IT in HR and automation.
  • Sound knowledge of US Federal and State labor laws.
  • Strong working knowledge of CA labor laws and practices.

Salary Information: Estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
