Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily activities: Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and eating, ensuring the patient's comfort and dignity.
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes: Accurately record and report any changes in the patient's vital signs to the nurse or healthcare team.
  • Administer medications: Safely administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment: Ensure the patient's living space is clean, safe, and free from hazards, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
  • Document patient information: Accurately and timely document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
