We're seeking a skilled Meat Cutter Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll assist in the daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind, following our production schedule to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the cutting and processing of fresh meat products
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and healthy work environment
  • Present and package products to meet customer expectations
  • Use Computer Assisted Ordering applications to manage inventory and orders
  • Contribute to inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with weights and measures processes specific to meat processing
  • Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Experience in product presentation and packaging
  • Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications
  • Experience with inventory control procedures
