Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Pathology Laboratories, Inc. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and collecting high-quality specimens for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood and non-blood specimens from patients of all ages
  • Perform venipuncture and other phlebotomy procedures with precision and care
  • Ensure accurate and efficient specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control in the laboratory
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
  • Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
