The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the water/wastewater engineering industry. You should also have strong project management skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
