Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal staff, patients, and their families, as well as assisting with payroll and scheduling of our field staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staffing
    • Maintain a current awareness of open positions for field staff and establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers.
    • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, and other recruiters.
    • Perform internal sales calls and set appointments with candidates and managers.
  • Relationship Building
    • Maintain relationships with clients and employees and promote harmonious interpersonal relationships.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with payroll and scheduling of field staff.
    • Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters.
Requirements
  • College degree, preferred.
  • Healthcare experience, preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience with schedule/staffing.
  • Home care experience is a plus.
