Technical Analyst

UVA Health is seeking a seasoned Technical Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and web site or other technology platform solutions. As a core member of the web development team within Digital Solutions, you will lead the group in gathering, analyzing, scoping, and documenting business requirements, helping to define and shape the future of our projects, tasks, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a core team and business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and objectives.
  • Create detailed business requirement documents, use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.
  • Conduct thorough business impact assessments and create user manuals, training materials, and documentation to support end-users in the adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, workflow optimizations, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist and partner with project manager in project planning, scoping, and monitoring, ensuring that projects are delivered on time.
  • Analyze data, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of business analyst, technical analyst or similar technical strategy role experience required.
  • Two (2) years of Technology or digital agency experience preferred. Experience with healthcare related clients preferred.
Compensation:

$57,000 - $92,643.20 Annual
