Open Enrollment Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Open Enrollment Representative/Customer Service Specialist. This is a high-volume call center position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone inquiries regarding healthcare eligibility and coverage questions.
- Decipher complex eligibility information from various electronic sources and deliver it effectively to our senior membership population.
- Meet high production and quality standards in a fast-paced call center environment.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
- PC proficiency in a Windows environment.
