Healthcare Open Enrollment CSR

100% Onsite - Elkridge, MD

Pay: $22/hr

Contract

TEKsystems is currently seeking candidates to assist with our customers Open Enrollment period located in the Baltimore metro area.

Job Description:

  • The CSR will respond to phone inquiries regarding healthcare eligibility and coverage questions.
  • Must be able to decipher complex eligibility information from a variety of electronic sources quickly, and deliver them courteously and effectively to our membership population.
  • This is a high volume call center position subject to high production and quality standards.
  • This position is a full-time short term (during open enrollment) contract position with benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday

  • Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Associates will be placed on an 8 AM - 4 PM shift or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM shift - must be okay with all hours as you will not be able to choose which shift you're placed on.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Candidates must possess 1+ years of CSR/call center experience - healthcare experience is preferred
  • Have demonstrated a knowledge of Medical Terminology.
  • Be proficient with computers in a PC/Windows environment.
  • Ability to work during the holiday season.
