TEKsystems is currently seeking candidates to assist with our customers' Open Enrollment period.
Description:
* Will respond to phone inquiries regarding healthcare eligibility and coverage questions.
* Must be able to decipher complex eligibility information from a variety of electronic sources quickly, and deliver them courteously and effectively
* This is a high volume call center position subject to high production and quality standards.
* Open enrollment; answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service

*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
The individual we seek must possess 1+ years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred), a demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, and be PC proficient in a windows environment.
*Shift*: Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm
