Details for Call Center Representative:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 
  • Pay Rate:  $20/hr
Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Representative:
  • Process customer orders, service requests, price requests, and returns via live chat, email, and over the phone
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders, deliveries, backorders, etc.
  • Upsell products when they arise
Job Requirements for Call Center Representative:
  • 3 years of recent experience in a call center or sales support role REQUIRED
  • Reliable transportation to and from work REQUIRED
  • High School Diploma or GED
