Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Maintenance Professional to join our team at BB Development LLC.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen equipment, floors, and surfaces are clean and well-maintained at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including broilers, deep fryers, grills, ovens, range hoods, ware washing machines, and floors and walk-ins.
  • Rinse and sanitize all dishware, tableware, and service ware after it has been washed through the dish machine.
  • Practice Health and Safety standards as set forth by governmental agencies and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 3-compartment sink procedures and reporting any malfunctions or issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless collaboration with kitchen staff.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
