Huff Consulting is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Department Leader to oversee the effective operation of our equipment and facilities.

Job Summary

This leadership role requires strong technical skills, as well as the ability to manage maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Supervision:
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and staff.
  • Schedule and assign daily tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering skill development.
Maintenance Operations:
  • Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure timely response to equipment malfunctions or facility maintenance issues.
Requirements
  1. Technical expertise in maintaining industrial equipment.
  2. Leadership and management experience.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
What We Offer

As a key member of our maintenance team, you can expect a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. This includes comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
