Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping and Guest Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, as well as responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Stock and organize housekeeping carts to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist with laundry and linen distribution, ensuring accurate counts and efficient delivery.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and report any maintenance issues or concerns to management.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times, adhering to company policies and guidelines.

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

 

Estimated Salary: $15-$20 per hour, based on experience and location.
