Work Environment:

Primarily based in a dynamic laboratory setting, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations as needed.

Working Hours:

Standard hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000, with an additional 5% annual incentive bonus, along with reimbursement for travel-related expenses.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is minimal, expected to be less than 10% of your time.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business or science-related discipline is preferred.

Professional Experience:

Candidates should possess 4-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, procurement, or account management.
- Experience in supervising team members is crucial.
- Training in spill management, IATA, DOT, IMDG, and Hazwoper is advantageous.
- Familiarity with GMP and GLP practices is beneficial.
- A valid Driver's License and dependable transportation are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

  • Guide and oversee team activities, ensuring tasks align with customer specifications.

  • Monitor order statuses, customer metrics, and departmental reports while maintaining standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure task completion.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including performance evaluations, succession planning, and scheduling.
  • Develop and uphold standard operating procedures and key performance indicators.
  • Act as a liaison among customers, service teams, and sales representatives.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Practices and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through tailored professional development.
  • Exhibit self-management and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities and make informed decisions independently.
