Crisis Clinician 2

We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Clinician 2 to join our team at Marion County. This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and at least one year of post-master's degree experience in the behavioral health field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessments and treatment of individuals and families, including groups, and provide crisis assessment and intervention services.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans and provide brief therapy to clients.
- Manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs and diagnoses, and work closely with community partners to address urgent/crisis situations.
- Participate in diversion program meetings and provide case reviews of BRES clients.
- Provide weekly mental health groups to participants of Lotus House.
- Attend monthly PCC team meetings and perform other job duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- At least one year of post-master's degree experience in the behavioral health field.
- Licensed by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers, or credentialed or registered through the Mental Health and Addiction Counseling Board of Oregon (MHACBO) as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
- Salem Hospital Credentialing and State of Oregon Civil Commitment Coordination and Investigation Certification.
