About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at The Timken Company. As a key member of our sales and engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Western Pennsylvania and Western New York territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow customer relationships
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product selection and application guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and engineering, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical equipment and industrial processes
