Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our government clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently execute the CSSP Evaluator Scoring Metrics (ESM).
- Support control functions by assisting in the planning and analysis of cybersecurity initiatives.
- Maintain tracking of baselines, deliverable reporting, and communication of findings.
- Identify and prioritize cybersecurity tasks.
- Generate necessary reports and manage daily task lists of action items.
- Develop CSSP artifacts and maintain historical data records.
- Review current status and schedules to forecast future activities.
- Monitor and report on subscriber reviews, including timelines and statuses.
- Ensure compliance with ESM requirements and document results for formal acceptance.
- Propose solutions for continuous process improvement.
- Assist in crafting and disseminating relevant communications to subscribers and stakeholders.
- Conduct and review vulnerability scans, tracking trends in vulnerability and compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional written, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- U.S. Citizenship is required (no dual citizenship).
- Preference for candidates with an Active Department of Energy (DOE) Q Clearance, Top Secret Security Clearance, or Secret Clearance; candidates who can obtain a clearance will also be considered.
- Limited travel may be required (up to 10%).
- Must be able to work full-time on-site with potential for telecommuting one to two days a week.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members, clients, and external vendors.
- Ability to manage tasks with multiple deliverables and adapt to the dynamic needs of the team.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Word.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Compliance with NICE Framework Work Role ID(s) OM-ANA-001 and PR-CDA-001.
- Solid understanding of IT technology and Cybersecurity services.
- Experience in change and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple project factors simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork abilities and attention to detail.
- Energetic and proactive approach to work, with a focus on tracking and following up on tasks independently.
- Experience in developing and reviewing documentation such as policies, procedures, baselines, and risk assessments.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and information system logs for troubleshooting configuration issues.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tenable Products and RedSeal, including configuration and vulnerability evaluation.
- Familiarity with DISA STIGs, NIST Guidelines, and other system security guidance.
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53, CISA EDs, BODs, and DoD Instructions and Directives.
- Ability to obtain Derivative Classifier Certification.
- SEC+, CISSP, CISM certifications are a plus.
- Experience with developing and reviewing Splunk Dashboards and ticketing systems.

Work Schedule
Full-time on-site.
