Position Overview

As a Parking Attendant at El Encanto, A Belmond Hotel, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service and personalized attention. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests upon their arrival and departure, ensuring that the bell staff creates a lasting impression. You will assist guests with their needs, including door and luggage assistance, as well as providing directions and information about the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and features.
  • Stay informed about daily arrivals and departures.
  • Promote positive interactions with all guests and visitors.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front drive and bell desk areas.
  • Anticipate guest requests and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Safeguard guest confidentiality and hotel information.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements and luggage handling.
  • Park and secure guest vehicles efficiently.
  • Organize and manage guest car keys for seamless morning departures.
  • Deliver newspapers and amenities to guest rooms as per hotel standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
  • Communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Follow safety and emergency procedures diligently.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Compensation and Benefits
