Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Director to lead our Employee Benefits Department at Criterion Executive Search. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the team, managing key clients, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Employee Benefits team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize client accounts and improve efficiency.
  • Hire, train, and develop talent within the team to enhance their capabilities and skills.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Benefits Account Management is required.
  • Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of proven leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Agency Management Systems is essential.
  • Effective communication abilities and team-building skills are necessary for success.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
