We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our expanding operations. This role encompasses a variety of essential HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Facilitating the daily activities of the HR department, which includes data management, record maintenance, and filing systems.
  • Supporting the recruitment process by assisting the Onboarding Manager with tasks such as resume screening, interview scheduling, and the onboarding of new personnel.
  • Managing benefits administration and addressing employee inquiries regarding their benefits.
  • Setting up ADP access for newly hired staff.
  • Coordinating appointments for background verification.
  • Maintaining and updating IT and uniform assignments and inventory.
  • Overseeing the offboarding process, including the collection of company property such as equipment and uniforms.
  • Ensuring that provider credentials are current and compliant within facilities.
  • Monitoring and updating employee certifications and licenses to maintain active status.
  • Carrying out additional Human Resources responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an assistant role, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong oral, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must possess the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
