Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively educate and uncover member needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a superior member experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on TruMark's products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Process loan applications, including interviewing applicants, verifying forms, and disbursing approved credit.
  • Support the call center during high-volume periods and perform retail service transactions.
  • Collaborate with the financial consulting team to uncover members with investable assets.
  • Stay current with technology, leveraging alternative delivery channels to enhance member experience.
Requirements:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Minimum 1 year of branch or equivalent experience in a financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn all aspects of the credit union.
Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from members and regulatory agencies.

Physical Requirements:

Must be available to travel to various locations and possess sufficient manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.

Work Environment:

Work environment characteristics include interacting with colleagues and members, performing tasks requiring negotiation, instruction, and supervision.
