  • Provide personalized service to hotel guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage guest accounts, handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members, providing timely and knowledgeable responses to inquiries.
  • Operate the PBX equipment, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and assisting with wake-up calls.
  • Control cash and credit transactions, maintaining complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel policy.
  • Process guest mail, messages, and faxes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Contribute to and maintain established information and communication sources, enhancing department communications and operations.
  • Provide assistance to other team members and departments, contributing to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
