Role Purpose: Under the guidance of the Administrator, the Community Services Operations Manager will oversee the daily functions of the CST and ACT teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance regulations, and productivity goals. This role involves supervising staff to guarantee optimal care for clients and their support networks, collaborating as a team member in treatment services, maintaining partnerships with community stakeholders, promoting the organization within the community, and enhancing service visibility in educational institutions. The position also focuses on fostering community engagement and developing programs to expand behavioral health services.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is required.
  • Preferred Illinois clinical licensure (LPC/LCPC; LSW/LCSW; AMFT/LMFT).
  • Must qualify as a QMHP and be eligible for LPHA.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff in accordance with Rosecrance treatment philosophies, policies, and established protocols.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings and participate in daily ACT meetings.
  • Effectively communicate programmatic, administrative, and clinical directives to team members.
  • Ensure timely completion of assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation, including conducting chart audits.
  • Monitor compliance with program fidelity and regulatory standards, including DHS, Medicaid, and JCAHO.
  • Collect, analyze, and report performance improvement data related to programming.
  • Consult with staff to identify training needs and provide guidance to enhance service effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships to improve community services.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance overall program and agency performance.
  • Adhere to corporate policies, licensing regulations, and applicable laws.
  • Maintain a comprehensive perspective on client functioning, environmental factors, resource needs, and advocacy.
  • Support clients (and their families) in managing their emotions and behaviors to function in the least restrictive environment.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Based on education, experience, and credentials.

Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts.
