Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the implementation of ServiceNow across our organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and process improvement initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Work closely with the IT Director to architect IT systems that meet organizational objectives and best practices.
  4. Oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables, keeping the deployment on track and within scope.
  5. Act as the liaison between IT and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. 6-8 years in IT or related fields, with hands-on experience managing complex projects. ServiceNow experience (especially ITSM, SOM, or CSM modules) is a plus.
  3. Broad IT knowledge and familiarity with software development methodologies.
  4. Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with IT solutions.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and readiness to grow into a leadership role.
  6. Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $125,000, including benefits such as medical, dental, vision, bonus, and other perks.
