Technical Talent Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at Wright Technical Services.
Job SummaryThis role involves building and maintaining a talent community aligned to specific technical skillsets, providing a consistent pool of candidates for open roles being recruited by the Talent Consultants. The successful candidate will also generate leads for the Senior Talent Consultants, ultimately contributing to a set number of placements that qualify them to become a Talent Consultant.
Key Responsibilities- Perform initial screening of all candidates
- Sourcing and scheduling Candidate Interview Calls for the Talent Consultants
- Maintaining detailed candidate records and communications history in the WTS applicant tracking system
- Maintaining detailed client records and communications history in the WTS CRM system
- Executing against a weekly WTS activity plan
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- A Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
- Prior exposure to recruiting or sales (strongly preferred)
- Two years of prior work experience, including internships
- A strong ability to communicate with people and help others achieve their goals
- A curious and creative mindset
- The ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
- An interest in technology and understanding of how things work
- A 'whatever it takes' attitude to winning and delivering high-quality results
