Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Immerse yourself in learning iHeartMedia's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Client Relationships: Meet with clients in person, build rapport, and develop persuasive proposals to meet each client's evolving needs.

  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and meet/exceed established sales targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of the media industry and related sales processes.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Create effective marketing campaigns in line with the iHeartMedia brand and resources, and deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence.

  • Client Communication: Maintain productive client communication to ensure client satisfaction, and monitor competition to continually prospect new account leads.

  • Account Management: Negotiate rates, ensure prompt payments, and follow all station procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, and submitting regular reports.

Requirements
  • Desirable Traits: A desire to learn and grow, independent and self-motivated, competitive and assertive personality, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and persuasive communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Strong client service relationship-building skills, ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, stress tolerance, and digital/media sales experience.

  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and relevant certifications or training in sales and marketing.
