Role Summary:

As a pivotal member of the AMQ team, you will serve as the central point for account activities, supporting both existing and new client accounts in collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering exceptional customer service, managing order conversions, and ensuring comprehensive account support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project and in-stock order processing, including:
  • Submitting purchase orders to vendors
  • Providing order acknowledgments to clients
  • Requesting necessary deposits from customers
  • Reviewing backorders and coordinating split shipments
Maintain accuracy in documentation and electronic filing systemsCoordinate with clients and warehouse staff for will-call shipmentsSchedule daily in-stock shipmentsProcess internal requests for mockups, demos, and showroom ordersParticipate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance team collaborationExhibit reliable attendance and engage in on-site communication with colleaguesDemonstrate the ability to manage stress and maintain attention to detailCollaborate effectively with Sales and Territory Managers to meet diverse client needs

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience in the industry is advantageous.
