Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for clients at our veterinary clinics. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client check-ins
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointment status and any necessary information
  • Partner with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient daily workflow

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
