  • Act as a liaison between medical providers, injured employees, and the TPA.

  • Manage and refine procedures to ensure compliance with relevant workers' compensation laws.
  • Implement cost control initiatives and claims management systems.
  • Develop and oversee reporting activities related to workers' compensation claims.
  • Maintain records of workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Manage electronic submissions to the relevant regulatory body.
  • Oversee the Return-to-Work program.
  • Develop and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) related to the program.
  • Supervise staff and manage operational workflows.
  • Participate in the Benefits Review Committee.
