Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Tax Manager to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tax returns, navigating complex tax implications, and providing strategic guidance on international tax planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • International Tax Planning: Develop and implement company-wide international planning initiatives, working closely with business partners to address international tax issues.
  • Support Mergers and Acquisitions: Assist with due diligence and post-acquisition integration, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
  • Research and Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on changes in international tax laws and regulations, modeling to quantify local tax and US international tax impact.
  • Transfer Pricing Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of global transfer pricing strategy and policies, including review and maintenance of transfer pricing studies.
  • Intercompany Agreements: Assist with preparation and maintenance of intercompany agreements, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
  • International Tax Audits: Coordinate and manage international tax audits, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Requirements
  • CPA or Equivalent: Strong preference for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Big 4 and/or Technology Industry Experience: Preferred experience in a Big 4 firm or a technology industry company.
  • International Tax Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international tax planning and compliance.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex tax information to non-tax professionals.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
