Key Responsibilities
  • International Tax Planning: Work with business partners to develop and implement company-wide international planning initiatives, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Support International M&A Deals: Assist with due diligence and post-acquisition integration, ensuring a seamless transition and minimizing tax risks.
  • Research and Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with changes in international tax laws and regulations, and provide expert advice on their impact on the company.
  • Transfer Pricing Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of global transfer pricing strategy and policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Intercompany Agreements: Assist with the preparation and maintenance of intercompany agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • CPA or Equivalent: Strong preference for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Big 4 and/or Technology Industry Experience: Preferred experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or a technology industry company.
  • International Tax Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international tax planning and compliance.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
