Key Responsibilities

Are you prepared to elevate your tax career? Your primary objective will be to ensure the precise and timely filing of tax returns while adeptly managing the complex tax implications associated with mergers and acquisitions. You will engage in a wide range of essential tasks vital to our U.S. compliance and tax provision efforts. In the capacity of International Tax Planning, M&A, Integration, you will participate in various activities linked to the company’s international tax strategies, reporting directly to the Director of International Tax Planning, M&A, Integration.
  • Collaborate with business partners on international tax matters and assist in the formulation and execution of company-wide international planning initiatives;
  • Support the establishment of international principal company structures, legal entity rationalization projects, and repatriation planning, including modeling to assess ROI for relevant projects.
  • Assist in international M&A transactions, encompassing due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Conduct research and monitor developments in international tax, including modeling to quantify local tax and U.S. international tax impacts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global transfer pricing strategies and policies, including reviewing and maintaining transfer pricing studies;
  • Assist in the preparation and upkeep of intercompany agreements.
  • Coordinate and manage international tax strategies with external tax advisors;
  • Support the management and coordination of international tax audits.
  • Demonstrate practical experience in international tax planning and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint within a financial business context.
Required Skills & Experience
  • CPA designation is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Big 4 firms and/or technology industry is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of international tax experience.
  • Strong expertise in international tax planning along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
