Job Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) plays a crucial role in supporting SARRC's President and CEO by ensuring effective leadership and communication with the team, Board of Directors, donors, partners, and community.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, personable, and an exceptional communicator, representing the CEO and the organization effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to the President and CEO, utilizing independent judgment to handle a variety of responsibilities.
  • Manages the CEO's calendar, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and handles correspondence.
  • Acts as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time, screening visitors and protecting their schedule.
  • Produces professional documents, including reports, meeting minutes, and other written materials.
  • Facilitates communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Researches and maintains donor information, coordinates projects, and assists the Board of Directors.
  • Develops filing systems, manages records, and supports communication and event coordination.
Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in written communication, integrity, interpersonal skills, and organization is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential matters.
  • Strong writing skills, professionalism, and openness to feedback.
