- Program Promotion: Present information regarding the school's programs and tuition in a factual and ethical manner.
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide supervision and leadership to key stakeholders in the enrollment process.
- Tour Coordination: Coordinate tours to ensure optimal engagement between prospective families and school representatives.
- Goal Achievement: Achieve expected goals and objectives on the Monthly Performance Review.
- Admissions Support: Assist families through the admissions process in accordance with applicable regulations and school policies.
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solve and address shortfalls against enrollment targets.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with Stratford leaders to create and execute lead generation events.
- Marketing Materials: Create event flyers and execute a distribution plan.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the community to build brand awareness.
- CRM Management: Manage CRM system input and upkeep.
- Operational Excellence: Operate within the company's mission and values.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with other departments to ensure high-level service.
- Staff Development: Provide coaching and training to campus staff.
- Schedule Management: Manage one's own schedule to meet customer and business needs.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in relationship and/or consultative sales, and/or 1 year of internal admissions experience.
- Language: Mandarin speaking is preferred.
