About the Role

The Director of Admissions will lead and manage all aspects of the campus-level admissions and enrollment activities with the Head of School or Principal, ensuring all tours are conducted using approved Spring Education Group admissions practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect Engagement: Conduct interviews with prospective student families, evaluating their needs and qualifications while providing clear information.
  2. Program Promotion: Present information regarding the school's programs and tuition in a factual and ethical manner.
  3. Leadership and Supervision: Provide supervision and leadership to key stakeholders in the enrollment process.
  4. Tour Coordination: Coordinate tours to ensure optimal engagement between prospective families and school representatives.
  5. Goal Achievement: Achieve expected goals and objectives on the Monthly Performance Review.
  6. Admissions Support: Assist families through the admissions process in accordance with applicable regulations and school policies.
  7. Problem-Solving: Problem-solve and address shortfalls against enrollment targets.
  8. Event Planning: Collaborate with Stratford leaders to create and execute lead generation events.
  9. Marketing Materials: Create event flyers and execute a distribution plan.
  10. Community Engagement: Engage with the community to build brand awareness.
  11. CRM Management: Manage CRM system input and upkeep.
  12. Operational Excellence: Operate within the company's mission and values.
  13. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with other departments to ensure high-level service.
  14. Staff Development: Provide coaching and training to campus staff.
  15. Schedule Management: Manage one's own schedule to meet customer and business needs.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience: 3-4 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in relationship and/or consultative sales, and/or 1 year of internal admissions experience.
  • Language: Mandarin speaking is preferred.
