Job Summary

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Program Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence a portion of each week. Located near Morristown, the successful candidate will report to the Director - Treasury (Risk Management & Insurance) and be responsible for day-to-day activities related to and management of specific insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and handle all aspects of various insurance programs
  • Analyze exposure data and loss information to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare presentations that summarize the for-renewal submission and assess the impact of insurance renewal options
  • Present recommendations with justifications to leadership and Director of Insurance, Executive Director of Risk Management
  • Ensure timely payment of premiums and check insurance documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Serve as an Insurance subject matter authority to assist other internal groups with any insurance-related issues
  • Work with outside contractors and insurance brokers to accomplish Risk Management objectives
  • Coordinate a physical and virtual policy storage and design, develop, and implement methods and strategies to continually improve processes
  • Coordinate issuance of surety bonds and lead or assist with projects that may arise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or four or more years of work experience plus ARM or CPCU certification
  • Six or more years of meaningful work experience in a corporate risk management department, commercial insurance brokerage firm, or related position
  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, strong Excel, and PowerPoint skills, and proficiency in G-suite
  • Ability to capture and analyze large quantities of data using various tools
  • Strong written and oral communications skills and strong social interaction skills
  • Ability to work through issues/problems and complete deliverables
  • Willingness to travel
