Job Title: Site Manager

Job Description:

Tigerwood Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality venues, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop customized solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant management experience.
  • Cultural sensitivity and situational awareness.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per annum.
