Lean Enterprise Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lean Enterprise Manager to join our team at The Toro Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing Lean business practices to enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement transformation plans to drive growth, operational excellence, and employee empowerment
- Lead kaizen events, knowledge sharing, and training on Lean principles, concepts, and tools
- Partner with the broader TTC Lean Enterprise Team to evolve the TTC Lean Enterprise system and share best practices
- Collaborate with operations leadership to develop annual plans and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Drive Lean operating principles and establish location-specific principles, communication, and reporting strategies
- Support Lean Enterprise system maturity self-assessment and coordinate gap closure planning
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on Lean principles, concepts, and behaviors
- Facilitate kaizen teams/events, track progress, and follow up to ensure gains are sustained
- Train and coach others to become Lean practitioners and team facilitators
- Communicate Lean Enterprise initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and kaizen status to site leadership teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and Project Management in operations
- Proven history of experience in Lean principles, tools, and systems
- Demonstrated experience in transforming business processes and promoting continuous improvement efforts
- Strong management, communication, and leadership skills
- Progressive work history in manufacturing demonstrating growth in position and/or responsibility
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, including flexibility, adaptability, and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
