Lean Enterprise Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lean Enterprise Manager to join our team at The Toro Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing Lean business practices to drive growth, operational excellence, and employee empowerment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute transformation plans to drive Lean business practices and improve operational efficiency
- Lead kaizen events and knowledge sharing sessions to promote Lean principles and tools
- Collaborate with operations leadership to develop annual plans and identify improvement opportunities
- Establish location-specific Lean operating principles and communication strategies
- Provide training and coaching on Lean principles, concepts, and tools to enhance the existing culture
- Facilitate kaizen teams and track progress to ensure gains are sustained
- Communicate Lean Enterprise initiatives and continuous improvement projects to site leadership teams
- Participate in the Corporate Lean Enterprise Team to evolve the Lean Enterprise system and share best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and Project Management in operations
- Proven history of experience in Lean principles, tools, and systems
- Demonstrated experience in transforming business processes and promoting continuous improvement efforts
- Strong management, communication, and leadership skills
- Progressive work history in manufacturing environment demonstrating growth in position and/or responsibility
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed, able to work well under pressure
